Article 2: Participants
This free game with no obligation to buy is exclusively open to adults, at the date of the beginning of the game, residing in metropolitan France and DOM-ROM.Are excluded from the game the persons who do not meet the above conditions as well as the members of the staff of "The organizer", and any person having directly or indirectly participated in the conception, the realization or the management of the game as well as their spouse, the members of their families: ascendants and direct descendants or other relatives living or not under their roof.
"The organizer reserves the right to ask any participant to justify the above conditions. Any person who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and will not be able, in the event of winning, to benefit from his prize.

All participants authorize KubiWeb to communicate about their work (idea or realization) subject to the respect of copyright and intellectual property.
The participant must fill out the information form completely and correctly in order for the registration to be validated. The player is informed and accepts that the information entered in the registration form is proof of his/her identity.
Any participation made contrary to the provisions of these rules will render the participation invalid. Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the contest by the "Organizer" without having to justify it. Any identification or participation that is incomplete, erroneous or illegible, whether intentionally or not, or made in a form other than that provided for in these rules will be considered invalid. The same penalty will apply in the event of multiple entries.

The value of the prizes is determined at the time of writing and cannot be disputed.
All costs incurred after the game, in particular for the maintenance and use of these prizes, are entirely at the winner's expense.
Article 5: Designation of winners
The ideas and projects will first be evaluated by the juryThen the selected ideas and creations will be submitted to the vote of the Internet users who will determine the order of the winners of each category of the contest according to the number of votes.
In the event of a tie, a draw will be held to decide between the participants.

Article 6: Announcement of the winners

Article 7 : Delivery of the prizes
The prizes will be sent to the postal address indicated by the participants.In case of undelivered return, the prize will remain at the participant's disposal for 15 days. After this period, the participant will not be entitled to the prize.
The winners agree to accept the prizes as offered without the possibility of exchange, in particular for cash, other goods or services of any kind whatsoever, or transfer of the benefit to a third party. Similarly, these prizes cannot be the subject of requests for compensation.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, any participant has the right to demand that any information concerning him or her that is inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated be rectified, completed, clarified, updated or deleted by writing to "The Organizer" whose address is mentioned in Article 1.
Article 9: Reimbursement of expenses related to the game
Reimbursement of expenses will be made as described below:In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-36 of the French Consumer Code, access to the site and participation in the games offered therein are entirely free of charge, so that the costs of connecting to the site, incurred by the participant, will be reimbursed according to the terms below.

The postage costs necessary for the request for reimbursement of connection fees will be reimbursed, upon request, on the basis of the slow postal rate in force.

Article 12 : Responsibility
The responsibility of "The Organizer" cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or fortuitous event beyond its control."The organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, damage to mail, lack of legibility of the stamps due to the postal services. Neither can it be held responsible and no recourse can be taken against it in the event of the occurrence of events presenting the characteristics of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) partially or totally depriving the participants of the possibility of participating in the game and/or the winners of the benefit of their winnings.

It is consequently agreed that, except in the case of obvious error, "The organizer" may take advantage, in particular for the purposes of proof of any act, fact or omission, of the programs, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as follow-up reports or other statements) of a computerized or electronic nature or format or medium, established, received or stored directly or indirectly by "The organizer", in particular in its computer systems.
The elements considered thus constitute evidence and if they are produced as means of proof by "L'organisatrice" in any litigation or other procedure, they will be admissible, valid and opposable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document which would be established, received or preserved in writing.
Operations of any kind carried out using the identifier and code allocated to a participant, following registration, are irrevocably presumed to have been carried out under the responsibility of the participant.
