Description

The ODROID-C4's main processor is built with a quad-core Cortex-A55 cluster and a next generation Mali-G31 GPU. The A55 cores run at 2.0 GHz without thermal limitation using the heat sink, resulting in a robust and quiet computer. The multi-core performance of the processor is about 40% faster and the DRAM system performance is 50% faster than the ODROID-C2.

Excellente carte pour un mediacenter type KODI . Je la trouve bien meilleure que les Raspberry PI. De plus elle est est capable de tout lire sans broncher: h265, 4K, HDR

La carte semble fonctionner correctement (je n'ai testé que l'invite de commande U-boot sur le port série). Elle s'alimente en 12V, donc pensez à commander une alimentation 12V 2A si vous n'en avez pas déjà une chez vous. Aussi, la carte est fournie sans support de stockage. Il vous faudra installer l'OS sur une carte micro SD et l'insérer dans l'emplacement dédié. Pour de meilleures performances, vous pouvez commander un module eMMC (plus rapide que la SD car 2x de lignes de données) et y installer l'OS (vous devez d'abord démarrer depuis la carte SD pour pouvoir copier l'OS sur l'eMMC, à moins d'avoir un adaptateur pour brancher directement le module eMMC à votre PC).
