Since the company was founded in February 2011, Kubii has been working with ALGED, an association that supports disabled people through work. Every day, they create the HutoPi and Kubii kits and prepare the orders placed on the kubii.com website.

This organisation, located near Lyon in France, promotes the integration of disabled people so that they can live their personal and professional lives to the full. The increase in orders in recent years has not been a brake on our partnership and we are delighted to be continuing this adventure together.

Your order followed step by step

You can track the progress of your order in your customer account. You may see the following indications:

2 - Awaiting payment / administrative processing

Delivery times

- In stock

If the product is in stock, your order will be prepared within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment before being handed over to the carrier.

This time is displayed on the product sheet.

- In supplier's stock

If the product is in supplier's stock, the delivery time is 3 to 15 additional days depending on the product. This time is displayed on the product sheet.

- Concerning kits

If a kit is not in stock, it will be prepared by our workers and will require a maximum of 3 days preparation time in addition to the delivery time. This time is displayed on the product sheet.

- Mondial Relay delivery

This carrier offers delivery to local retailers. The average delivery time announced by this postal service is 3 working days in metropolitan France.

- Colissimo delivery

This service offers delivery to post offices, retailers or your home. The delivery time announced by this postal service is 2 to 5 days in metropolitan France.

- UPS delivery

UPS orders are given priority during busy periods and are delivered within 24 hours in mainland France, in accordance with the commitments of this postal service.

- During the festive season

During the festive season, additional delivery times may be necessary due to the large volume of orders. Every effort is made to meet the delivery times announced on the site, but some delays may occur.

Delivery policy

Packages are delivered directly from Kubii depots near Lyon in France, to the address indicated, to your home or that of a neighbour, a friend, a point relais or directly to your workplace, depending on the delivery method chosen. The average delivery time is 3 days.

We take orders taking into account available stocks in real time, supplier stock or warehouse.

Once your order has been packed, a tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and is also available on your account. You will then be informed in real time of all stages of delivery.

When you receive your parcel, you must check its contents. If the parcel arrives in poor condition (open or crushed parcel, adhesive damaged or not original), do not open the parcel and refuse it. Please also notify us immediately on 09.72.62.43.30.

Return

If the product does not suit you, you have a period of fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal with our Customer Service, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the goods.

This period is fourteen working days from receipt of the products ordered.

You will be entitled to an exchange, a credit note or a refund.
