The high quality camera Raspberry Pi offers a resolution of 12 megapixels and a greater sensitivity especially in low light. It is designed to work with interchangeable lenses with C and CS mounts. Other lenses can be adapted using third-party lens adapters.
The HQ camera is suitable for professional use such as a surveillance system and will also suit home users who want to integrate a camera into their project.
This camera is compatible with all Raspberry Pi models from Raspberry Pi 1 model B. Attention, for Pi Zero models, an FPC adapter will be necessary.
This product contains:
- A board consisting of a printed circuit board carrying a Sony IMX477 sensor
- An FPC cable for connection to Raspberry Pi
- A milled aluminum mount with an integrated tripod mount and focus ring.
- A C-mount to CS adapter

On est proche du plug & play, sur un RPi4 sous bookworm, je branche ça marche, reste à creuser les paramétrages pour affiner l'usage (attention selon les docs à la transposition rpicam devenu libcamera).

La caméra possède bien un IR cut intégré qui peut être enlevé au besoin. La modification, en revanche, est irréversible.
La caméra est compatible avec les objectifs qui ont une monture C ou CS.
