Quantity

A low-cost version of the ODROID-M1, the ODROID-M1S integrates a 64 GB eMMC chip, adds x14 GPIO pins, and is 20% thinner, with an approximate 20% reduction in power consumption!

For the first time in the ODROID board series, an eMMC chip has been soldered directly to the default PCB! The board offers a storage capacity of 64GB RAM, sufficient for the construction of most embedded systems. The speed of the eMMC, measured with the fio command, reaches around 180 MB/s, i.e. some 3 to 5 times faster than conventional microSD cards.

If you'd like to increase storage space, an integrated M.2 NVMe slot is provided to access larger data storage capacities. You have the option of using an NVMe SSD in the industry-standard 2280 format.

Unlike the 3.0 x 2-lane PCIe configuration of the original M1 model, the M1S is equipped with 2.1 x 1-lane PCIe. It's important to note that M.2 SATA storage devices are not compatible. The M.2 slot only supports a PCIe interface (M-Key).
